What a sweet girl.  Waco is still 7 years old and is just so happy to be in foster care where she is being pampered.  Waco came to us extremely overweight due to lack of exercise and overfeeding.  With her much loved daily walks in her Anacortes foster neighborhood and occasiona romps with foster brother, the weight is melting off.  Waco previously lived with cats, other dogs and always had people around.  She craves people attention.
