Hello, I'm Jack. I'm part Airedale and part unknown wayfarer, but my foster mom says I'm 100 % cute!
Jack is 2 years old, 21 inches tall and a fit, frisky fellow at 40 pounds. He was rescued in the foothills of California. Jack was tied for a number of months out in the open. His family then moved and left him behind. He is neutered, up to date on his shots and has been clipped short because of an extremely matted coat, but he is in good health and is ready to find a forever family. Jack is housebroken, gets along with all the dogs in his foster home and he loves people. He's a little shy from being tied up for so long, but he is very smart. Jack needs an experienced owner who will carry through with a training program for him. He needs lots of walking. He will not be a good mix with cats.
Jack is located at our foster home in Tracy, CA. As always with an Airedale Terrier, a securely fenced yard along with lots of time to spend with your new Airedale is a must.
