Jack's mom was a purebred Airedale Terrier who befriended the neighbor's black lab back in the fall of 2006.  The  litter owner was very conscientious in placing these pups and NWATR assisted her efforts but, sometimes life changes forces even the best of homes to have to say goodbye to their canine companion. This is the case with one of these carefully selected homes.  Jack has had the benefit of a wonderful home since puppyhood.  Puppy obedience, proper vetting, involved in family activities, long daily walks, a wonderful fenced back yard, rarely alone, exposure to other dogs (Jack especially likes small dogs) and raised with a child in the home.  Jack is funny beyond belief and absolutely loves tennis balls and his deflated basketball. He lives in the Everett area of Western Washington and is a great medium size at 55lbs.  Jack's new home will offer much of the same along with a commitment to a refresher obedience course. Jack's owner thinks he would be happiest being the only dog but is open to consider a home with a smaller dog companion.
